Project Overview The mission of the SHTP Partnership is to enable local services to promote sexual health for young people and provide support for young families. They are a small team who collectively have experience in the fields of social

work, health promotion, community development, research and education. In addition to this introductory leaflet, we also created the new visual identity for the partnership.
